My child has photos with different schools/leagues. Can I order those together?
Yes! If the children were registered under the same email, you should see them in a combined gallery. If not, simply start your order for one gallery and add it to the cart, then use your link for the other galleries, and repeat the process. You can then order together and possibly maximize certain discounts. Some organizations use different labs or have different sales and delivery deadlines and your order may be split up, delivered to the different organizations, or incur shipping charges from multiple labs. We are working to consolidate older galleries.
I have multiple children. Can I order together?

You can then order together and possibly maximize certain discounts. However, if you order together, they will be combined and delivered to only one of the children’s class or team.
You mentioned a free gift/complementary item. What is it?
Sometimes, our photo agreements with an organization ensures that everyone gets something. It totally depends on the organization, the size of the organization, and if they want to contribute towards the complementary item. Often, we don’t know what it is until we reach certain sales benchmarks. But, by choosing a favorite photo from your gallery, you can be sure it will be something you like.
Can I get a refund?
In short, no. We do not offer refunds and all sales are final. We do our best to communicate deadlines, sales, and delivery dates. Please be sure you double check your package selections, image selections, spelling of names, cropping, addresses, and other important info when checking out. There are multiple steps asking your to verify this information. If there is an error on our part, or damage, we will fix it and replace the item with the same thing. Under no circumstances can we offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads.
I pre-ordered and I keep getting messages to select a photo. Now what?
Pre-ordering is a more involved process and it requires you to come back and select your image choices for the pre-paid items. In return for the extra work on your part, pre-paid orders often have better pricing than if you wait for photos to go live. Please see the Pre=Pay page to get more answers to your questions.
I chose the free delivery option. Where are my photos?
Free delivery is an option we have where orders are collected until a certain date, and delivered together to your organization for them to distribute to individuals. We do our best to send frequent email reminders to remind parents of important delivery dates and deadlines. Make sure that “support@kidclixphoto.com” is not marked as spam or junk with your email provider, in order to be up to date. We also have a info page for your organization’s picture day with this information. We double and triple check orders and we cannot be responsible after the photos are delivered to your organization. Please reach out to your organization about how they plan to distribute the photos.
I paid for home delivery. Where are my photos?
Please check your online invoice. Tracking information is often there. Otherwise, we can look into it. Mistakes and accidents do happen. Make sure your address is complete and correct, including apartment or suite numbers. Some items, such as baseball cards, are custom made and take longer to fulfill, and that could be delaying your order.
Do you have older photos from previous years?
As long as they were from Kid Clix Photo, they are likely available. They may be archived offsite, but if they are archived here, we can reactivate the gallery. Some options may no longer be available.
Can I get the group photo as a download?
Sorry, but for various reasons, we cannot offer those photos as digital downloads. We can only offer you your child’s individual and buddy photos as downloads. The “Download All Photos” package also will not include the group photos. Unfortunately, we cannot edit the wording for some items, so we try our best to communicate this limitation in our emails and on the website.
Who is GotPhoto?
GotPhoto is a photography sales platform used by many studios in the industry. They handle a lot of the administrative duties like organizing galleries, collecting the orders, handling the payment and taxes, and that allows Kid Clix Photo to focus on the photography.
